About this role

As a Veterinarian at Paddington Vet, you’ll step into a structured, supportive environment designed to help you grow into a confident, capable clinician. Your Responsibilities:

🔹 Consulting & Case Management – You’ll be diagnosing, treating, and advising clients with support from experienced vets and structured coaching to refine your communication skills.

🔹 Surgical & Medical Procedures – From day one, you’ll be exposed to a mix of routine and more complex procedures, including opportunities to scrub into orthopaedic surgeries.

🔹 Building Client Relationships – We don’t just treat animals; we educate owners and help them make the best choices for their pets. You’ll learn how to influence client decisions and build trust.

🔹 Collaboration & Teamwork – You’ll work closely with our proactive nursing and reception teams, who are trained to support you, not just follow instructions.

🔹 Continuous Learning & Growth – You’ll be part of our Graduate Support Program, which includes mentorship, case discussions, soft skills training, and networking with other grads.
